How long does it take to process my order?

Orders are generally processed and shipped the same day if received before noon. If the order is received in the afternoon, it may be processed the following day. You will receive an email notification when your request is being processed.

How are orders shipped?

Packages for Switzerland are dispatched by the normal Swiss Post service, and by DHL for orders outside Switzerland. Delivery within Switzerland is free of charge for orders over CHF 85.- You will receive notification of shipment by email once your package is on its way.

For express orders or shipments outside Switzerland, please contact our customer service department via info@maisontedis.ch.

How can I pay for my order?

You can pay for your order by major credit cards, PayPal, Twint or bank transfer. Orders paid by bank transfer will be put on hold until payment is received, and it will take an additional 1-2 days to ship.

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can modify or cancel your order right up to the moment it is dispatched. Once shipment has been confirmed, it is unfortunately no longer possible to make changes and you will need to follow the return process that can be found under Terms & Conditions. Are MAISON tedis products suitable for pregnant and breast-feeding women?

Our products do not contain essential oils and are formulated to exclude all controversial, irritating or allergenic ingredients. They are not only suitable but recommended for pregnant / breastfeeding women.

Are MAISON tedis products suitable for small children?

Although our products do not contain essential oils and are formulated to exclude all controversial, irritating or allergenic ingredients, they have not been specifically laboratory tested for use by young children.

Are MAISON tedis products vegan?

Our entire range is vegan, with the exception of our lip balm, which contains beeswax, and our lip stick, which also contains beeswax and lanolin.

How are MAISON tedis products tested?

In accordance with Federal Ordinance 817.023.31 and EU Regulation (EC) No. 1223/2009, all our skincare products are laboratory-tested to ensure that they are safe to use. Tests include a stability test to ensure that the product is stable over its shelf-life, a compatibility test to ensure that there will be no negative interaction between the product and its packaging, a patch test (on humans) to ensure that the product does not trigger irritant or allergic reactions, and a challenge test (only for products containing a water-based product) to check microbial stability and calculate the product's shelf-life.

In accordance with current regulations, MAISON tedis certifies that none of its ingredients or products are tested on animals, such tests having been fortunately banned since 2013.

Is MAISON tedis packaging recyclable and refillable?

We have chosen to use only recyclable and, for the most part, reusable packaging. What's more, we have voluntarily dispensed with secondary cardboard packaging. This drastically reduces the amount of cardboard that doesn't stay in your hands for long, as well as the energy and raw materials needed to produce it.
